清澄的酒液，中等明暗度紅寶石色澤的酒液中心，圍繞著窄而黃褐色的邊緣，正在陳年的酒液色澤。

Clear, medium intensity of ruby core with narrow pale tawny rim, aging

Nose聞其香：

很清的鮮純度，中等濃度純正甜美但又有點酸酸的草莓香氣，在背景還有法國橡木的香料陪襯。這支酒有著正在陳年的香氣，但還保有相當新鮮的氣味，和誘人的甜甜芳香和成熟水果的撲鼻香!

Clean, medium intensity of pure sweet and little sour strawberry aroma, and spices from French Oak in the background. This wine is developing and aging yet still have a very fresh nose, and an attractively sweet and ripe nose!

Palate品其味：

干型不甜的葡萄酒，有著清新但非常與整體結合的高酸度，偕同適中並柔順的酒體，中等至高的酒精濃度，和中等濃度的柔軟單寧，同時這單寧有著彷彿還可以稍微咀嚼得到的口感。

這是支酒似絲一般質感柔順的酒，伴隨著濃郁紅色系水果像草苺的香氣，還有少許橡木的香料味道。在舌頭的中央，有誘人的苦苦單寧味。這是支有中等以上複雜度的葡萄酒。香味在舌頭上有悠久的持續度，以及有著辛香的尾韻。

Dry, fresh high integrated acidity, accompanied by medium soft body, moderate to high alcohol, and medium soft yet slightly chewable tannin. A silky texture wine with a lot of red fruit concentration such as strawberry and some intensity of spices. A tough of attractive bitter tannin in the middle of palate. This wine has a medium plus level of complexity with a long length and a spicy finish.

Conclusions定結論：

這支酒現在適合飲用並已經進入巔峰期，但在果香變得微弱之前仍可以保存3年，是支在中等價位市場中非常優質的葡萄酒。這支酒和其他黑皮諾比較，雖有相對較高的酒精濃度，但同時擁有濃郁的果香，因而仍有著良好的平衡感。

Ready to drink and peak, but still can keep for another 3 years without losing its fruits. A very good quality of wine from a mid price market. It is balanced between its relatively high alcohol and its good concentration of fruit.
